Shipping rates
- Free shipping on orders of $35 or more.
- $5.99 flat rate on orders under $35.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time
- United States: usually 3 to 8 business days after processing.
- International: usually 7 to 20 business days after processing.
These are estimates, not guarantees, and they can vary by item and destination. Items in the same order may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
We'll email you tracking information as soon as your order ships.
International orders
Our prices and shipping rates don't include customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country. Those are the customer's responsibility. Some items can't ship to every country. If we can't fulfill your order, we'll let you know and give you a full refund.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give you a refund.
